Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 7 July 2026

These terms are a starting draft and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.

1. Who We Are

Catchaflight is operated by DRYMS Pty Ltd (ABN 81 678 371 107, ACN 678 371 107). Catchaflight is an independent travel agency and travel concierge service. We are not an airline and are not owned by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any airline, airport, or government authority. We assist customers in arranging travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, car rental providers, cruise operators, tour operators and travel insurance providers.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Booking Requests, Card Authorisation and Payment

Submitting a booking request does not create a confirmed booking. Payment details may be authorised while we verify availability, passenger details and pricing. Payment is processed only after you approve the final amount. Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been processed and your ticket or supplier confirmation has been issued.

4. Fares, Prices and Service Fees

All displayed fares are subject to availability until ticketed. Prices may change due to supplier updates, currency fluctuations, taxes, fees or availability. Catchaflight service fees may apply where disclosed before payment.

5. Pricing Errors

If a pricing error occurs due to technical issues, supplier updates or system errors, Catchaflight may offer the corrected fare or cancel the booking request and refund any payment received.

6. Supplier Terms

All travel services are provided by independent suppliers and are subject to their own conditions, including fare rules, cancellation policies, refund policies and conditions of carriage.

7. Airline Schedule Changes

Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routing, seating, departure times or operating carriers. These changes are outside Catchaflight's control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel authorisations and required documentation.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, baggage loss, delays and unexpected events.

10. Fraud Prevention

Catchaflight may request identification or additional verification before processing bookings and may refuse bookings where fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

11. Electronic Communications

Customers consent to receive booking confirmations, invoices, tickets and other communications electronically.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure website information is accurate but do not guarantee all pricing, availability, schedules or supplier information will always be current.

13. Our Role and Liability

Catchaflight acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for supplier actions, delays, cancellations, baggage issues or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Force Majeure

Catchaflight is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil unrest or airport closures.

15. Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid authorised payments except where required by law or in cases of genuine fraud.

16. Privacy

Personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.

17. Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Arbitration

Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith discussions. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter may proceed to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Act 2010 (NSW), unless otherwise agreed. Nothing limits consumer rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the courts of New South Wales, except where consumer rights provide otherwise.
