This page explains how fares and prices are shown on the Catchaflight website, operated by DRYMS Pty Ltd (ABN 81 678 371 107, ACN 678 371 107).

Live, third-party pricing

Fares shown on our website are sourced from third-party suppliers and reflect availability at the time of search. Fares are subject to availability until ticketed: prices can change, and availability can be lost, at any time before your ticket is issued. A fare shown during search is not a guarantee of the final price.

What the displayed price includes

Unless stated otherwise, displayed fares are intended to reflect the base fare and known taxes and carrier charges. Optional extras such as seat selection, additional baggage, and other add-ons may cost more and are not always included in the price first shown. Your travel expert confirms exactly what is included before you approve.

Currency and conversion

Where a price is shown in a currency different from the supplier's, any converted amount is an estimate based on indicative exchange rates and is provided for convenience. The exact amount and currency charged are confirmed before payment is captured.

Service fees

Where our service fee applies, it is disclosed to you as part of the total price before any charge. You approve the final total, including any fee, before your card is charged.

Final price confirmation

Because fares are live and supplier-controlled, the amount you approve in writing is the amount we authorize on your card and, once the fare is verified, capture. Your card is authorized, not charged, until that verification and approval are complete. Your ticket is issued after payment is captured, and your ticket is not confirmed until it is issued. If the fare cannot be ticketed, we contact you with alternatives or release the authorization.
