Post-Ticketing Service Fees

This page explains service fees that may apply after your ticket has been issued, for bookings made through Catchaflight, operated by DRYMS Pty Ltd (ABN 81 678 371 107, ACN 678 371 107).
What post-ticketing service means
After a ticket is issued, you may need help with changes, cancellations, refunds, name corrections, rebookings due to schedule changes or disruptions, or other assistance. We provide this support and, where applicable, may charge a service fee for the work involved. This is separate from any fee, penalty, or fare difference charged by the airline or supplier under their own rules.
How fees are disclosed
Any service fee that applies to a post-ticketing request is explained to you before we carry out the work, so you can decide whether to proceed. We do not charge a post-ticketing service fee without telling you first.
Airline charges are separate
Airlines and suppliers set their own charges for changes, cancellations, and refunds. Those charges are determined by the fare rules of your booking and are in addition to any service fee we may charge for handling the request on your behalf.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
